Public business information

Business names, public contact details, locations, descriptions, and source links are displayed in the directory. Do not submit a private home address for publication. Request removal or correction from the listing page.

Information you submit

Listing forms collect your name, email, relationship to a business when claiming, and the details you provide. These contact details, claim evidence, and internal notes stay in the private review system. We use them to review and respond to your request. They are not published on your listing.

Operation and measurement

The site stores requests and listing changes in its hosting database. It records aggregate daily counts of listing views and clicks on call, website, and directions links, plus successful claim and correction submissions. These are activity counts, not confirmed calls, unique visitors, or sales. Analytics records do not contain names, email addresses, or IP addresses.

For abuse prevention, the system stores a one-way hash of the network address and an hourly request count; expired counters are deleted during later form submissions. The hosting provider may separately process technical logs and authentication information to deliver and secure the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives a browser request when those resources are used.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics choices

Google Analytics 4 loads on eligible public pages only after you accept Analytics cookies. It helps measure visits, traffic sources, and business-link clicks. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information when you consent. We do not send form contents, contact details, private status tokens, or URL query strings. We do not load Analytics on administrative, listing-request, private-status, or Saved pages. Advertising features and Meta Pixel are off. Detailed user and event data in Analytics are configured for two-month retention, without resetting retention on new activity; aggregate reports can persist longer.

Use Privacy settings in the footer to accept, reject, or withdraw optional analytics. Rejecting does not limit access to the guide. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling optional tracking. Withdrawing stops future collection and clears Analytics cookies from this site; it does not automatically delete previously processed data. Contact us about deletion requests.

We store your privacy choice and its date in local storage for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_ identifiers, are configured to expire after 180 days without renewal. Saved place IDs are stored locally when you use the heart button and remain until removed or site data is cleared; Privacy settings includes a Clear saved places button. Local storage is not shared with other visitors. Security and administration services may use necessary cookies.

Read Google’s privacy policy. These choices are separate from listing-form acceptance and do not subscribe you to marketing.

Approximate location

We use the approximate town supplied by Cloudflare from your internet connection to personalize the greeting. We do not request GPS access or save this town in our database or browser storage. If the location is unavailable or outside our recognized Middlesex County towns, we show a countywide greeting. Internet-based location can be inaccurate.

Sharing and retention

Authorized site administration and hosting services process information to run the guide. Dan can export records for administrative follow-up. No CRM integration or marketing automation is currently connected. We keep request records while reviewing them and retaining the history needed to resolve corrections or disputes. Contact Dan to request deletion of personal information; public listing change history may be retained for accountability.

Your choices

Submitting a listing request permits contact about that request only. It does not opt you into email marketing, texts, or automated calls. Contact us to withdraw a request, correct information, or discuss data deletion. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents through the forms.
